Studio Equipment and Backgrounds
Plan your lighting before arriving so you can make the most of your rental time. Your booking confirmation will identify the equipment and backgrounds included in your session.
Equipment available for this rental:
- 2x Walimex pro VC-400 Flash Light
- Beautidish
Please tell us in advance if you need a particular light modifier, flash trigger or product photography setup. Camera compatibility and any additional equipment requirements should be checked before booking. Bring your own camera, lenses, memory cards and any project-specific accessories unless otherwise agreed.

Please book enough time for your complete session, including setting up, changing your lighting, packing equipment and returning the space to its original condition.
Additional time is subject to availability and must be agreed before your booking ends.
Paper Backgrounds
Paper backgrounds used on the floor are charged separately at €10 per linear metre before any applicable VAT.
Please request the required length when booking. Floor use must be agreed and paid for in advance; paper backgrounds must not be rolled onto the floor without permission.
How to Book Your Studio Session
1. Send Your Booking Request
Contact Ed with your preferred date, start time and rental duration. Include your project type, team size and equipment requirements.
2. Receive Availability and Pricing
We will check the requested time and send the rental details, included equipment, additional charges and payment instructions.
3. Complete Your Payment
Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued. An enquiry alone does not secure a time slot.
4. Receive Your Arrival Instructions
Before your session, you will receive the information needed to find and access the studio. Access is currently arranged directly with Ed.
Request Your Studio Time
Booking Changes and Rescheduling
Under the standard booking policy, confirmed bookings are not offered with cancellation refunds. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
A booking may be rescheduled up to two times within six weeks, provided the change is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start and the replacement slot is available.
The original booking duration and scope remain unchanged. Please request changes by phone and wait for written confirmation of the replacement appointment.
Looking After the Studio
Please leave the rental area as you found it and handle all equipment and backgrounds carefully.
Before your rental time ends:
- Return equipment and accessories to their original positions.
- Remove your belongings and production materials.
- Clean the areas you have used.
- Dispose of any used background paper as instructed.
- Report equipment faults or accidental damage promptly.
Setup, packing and cleaning must be completed within your booked time. Additional cleaning or reinstatement may result in extra charges, as specified in the rental terms.
Keep music at a considerate indoor volume and respect other people using the premises.
Video Production and Sound
If you are planning video, please describe the lighting and audio requirements before booking.
The studio entrance faces a busy street. The space is not advertised as soundproof, so projects involving interviews, dialogue or other sound-sensitive recording require prior discussion.
